Welcome to Personified Loans.

My name is Josh. From my broad career experience in finance admin and sport admin, including owning a franchise, it’s a joy for me to help others navigate the process of securing finance.

Being a home owner myself, I’ve invested in property completing a sub division. My personal portfolio includes property options and I’ve successfully invested in trading options on the US stock market. All of this has involved borrowing money using different structures, adding to my hands-on experience.

From these experiences, it will be a pleasure now to assist you through what can be a very daunting process of obtaining finance from lenders.

About Josh Schutz

Josh Schutz is the owner of Personified Loans Pty Ltd. He originally decided to become a Mortgage Broker in Adelaide after some bad experiences in trying to obtain finance of his own. He quickly realised that the process can be extremely difficult, drawn out and terribly stressful. To prevent others from going through the same negative experience, he studied Mortgage Broking through Walker Miller Training and The National Finance Institute, completing his Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broker Management.

Josh then started Personified Loans Pty Ltd with one goal: to assist others through the process of obtaining finance and pursue his passion of adding value to his clients.

Josh is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). He is also accredited with all of the major lenders and many of the smaller ones, including some of the online lenders. These include but are not limited to the following: Adelaide Bank, ANZ Bank, Australian First Mortgage, Bankwest, Bank SA, Beyond Bank, Commonwealth Bank, FASTLend, HomeStart Finance, ING, Liberty Financial, LoanAveMacquarie, NAB, PepperMoney and Westpac.
